Creating Your Account

To fully utilize AboveLinks, you’ll need to create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. If you’re signing up on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to bind them to these Terms. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and it's your responsibility to keep your details current. Should anything change, kindly notify us so we can update your account accordingly.

You’re also responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your login credentials confidential, as you will be held accountable for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can help secure it. In case of any misuse or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

Please note that you cannot transfer or assign your account to another individual or entity without our express permission. We also ask that you use AboveLinks responsibly and lawfully. Any misuse of the Platform or actions that may harm our reputation or infringe upon the rights of others will be addressed accordingly.

Choosing Your AboveLinks Username

When setting up your AboveLinks account, you’ll need to select a unique and appropriate username. We understand that usernames carry significance, but they must respect the rights of others and comply with intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark rights. Please ensure that your username is not offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

If we determine that your username violates any of these standards, we may ask you to change it. Failure to do so could result in suspension or termination of your account. Your Plan and Subscription Management

AboveLinks offers both free and paid plans, allowing users to customize their experience based on their needs. Your plan will begin the moment you accept these Terms and continue until you cancel it. If you opt for a paid plan, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle (whether monthly or annually) unless you decide to cancel beforehand.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing page on your account. If you choose to cancel your paid plan, your account will convert to a free plan after the current billing cycle ends, and any premium features will no longer be accessible. Refunds for paid plans are non-refundable, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. For instance, if you cancel within 24 hours of subscribing, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

If you’ve subscribed through third-party services like Apple’s App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through those platforms, as they handle payment processing and refunds independently of AboveLinks.

Your Content on AboveLinks

We appreciate the creativity and diversity of the content that users share on AboveLinks. However, to maintain a safe and respectful environment, we ask that you adhere to our content guidelines outlined in our Community Standards. By “content,” we mean anything you post on your AboveLinks profile, including text, images, videos, links, and any other material. You warrant that the content you share is either yours or that you have the necessary rights to use and share it.

Your content should be truthful, non-deceptive, and compliant with all applicable laws. It should not infringe on anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights, nor should it contain any harmful elements such as malware or viruses. Additionally, we prohibit the use of unauthorized bots or scraping tools on our Platform.

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates our policies or that we deem harmful to our users, community, or reputation. If we find your content to be in violation, we may take steps ranging from warning you to suspending or removing your account altogether.

How We Use Your Content

By uploading content to AboveLinks, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, modify, and adapt your content for the purposes of operating the Platform and marketing AboveLinks. This includes showcasing your profile and content in promotional materials, whether on social media, in ads, or in other media formats. We value your contribution, but this license allows us to share your content without compensation.

It’s important to understand that while we may highlight your content, you retain full ownership of it. However, once posted, your content may be accessed and shared by others both on and off the Platform. If you choose to share sensitive or personal information, remember that AboveLinks cannot control how others may use it.

Monetizing Your Content

AboveLinks may offer you opportunities to monetize your content through affiliate links, brand partnerships, or other monetization programs. If you’re admitted to any of these programs, we’ll notify you via email or through your dashboard. Participation in monetization features may be contingent on factors like geographic location, account verification, and good standing within our community.

Please be aware that any affiliate partnerships you participate in may be subject to specific commission rates, which will be visible in your dashboard. AboveLinks will not be responsible for processing payments from third-party affiliate networks, and you will need to adhere to the legal requirements surrounding commission disclosures.

If you promote products or services that were gifted to you, or if you engage in paid partnerships, you must ensure that your content complies with all applicable disclosure requirements in your territory. Failure to do so may result in penalties or removal from AboveLinks monetization programs.

Suspension or Termination of Your Account

If you violate these Terms or our Community Standards, we may suspend or terminate your account. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may either notify you in advance or take immediate action. For less severe infractions, we may reduce your account to a free plan or remove access to certain features. Repeated or significant violations are more likely to result in permanent suspension or termination of your account.

If your account is suspended or terminated, we will not issue refunds for any prepaid fees, and you may lose access to all content and data associated with your account. If you believe that your account was suspended or terminated in error, please reach out to us, and we will make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue. However, we are not obligated to reinstate your account or restore any lost content.

Your Responsibility for End Users

If you’re using AboveLinks to promote products or services, you bear full responsibility for interactions with your profile visitors, including customers who purchase from you. You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding transactions conducted via AboveLinks, and you must refrain from using AboveLinks for any unlawful or deceptive purposes.

Any donations received through AboveLinks’ “Support Me” feature are considered voluntary, and you must not use this feature to solicit funds under false pretenses or for unauthorized fundraising activities.

Feedback and Beta Features

We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve AboveLinks. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to us are entirely voluntary, and by sharing them, you grant us the right to use your feedback to enhance the Platform without any obligation to compensate you. We may also periodically invite users to test beta features, and any insights or feedback you provide will be used to improve those features before full release.

Permitted Use of the Platform

AboveLinks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any of the content or features without our prior written consent.

Subscription Fees and Transactions

AboveLinks offers different pricing tiers, each with its own set of features and services. Your chosen plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you authorize AboveLinks to charge your designated payment method. Any taxes, processing fees, or other charges tied to your plan or transactions through the Platform are your responsibility, and AboveLinks reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. Should fees change, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel your plan before the changes take effect if you do not agree with them.

If you monetize your AboveLinks account, whether through affiliate partnerships or direct sales, you are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. AboveLinks is not responsible for any tax obligations related to your income generated through the Platform.

Taxes

If you use AboveLinks to generate income, whether through product sales, affiliate marketing, or other methods, it is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws. You must report your income, file necessary tax returns, and pay any taxes owed in your respective jurisdiction. AboveLinks does not provide tax advice, and you are responsible for ensuring that you fulfill your legal obligations. If you fail to comply with tax regulations, AboveLinks cannot be held liable for any consequences that may arise from your failure to meet your obligations.

Disruption and Cancellation of Service

At AboveLinks, we strive to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of our Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AboveLinks, and there may be times when the Platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. While we will do our best to minimize disruptions and inform you in advance when possible, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

In addition, AboveLinks retains the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, legal obligations, technical issues, or business decisions. We are not obligated to provide you with notice or explanation before taking such action, and AboveLinks shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from service disruptions, account suspension, or cancellation.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you use AboveLinks at your own risk, and you indemnify AboveLinks, its affiliates, and service providers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses that may arise from interruptions, service cancellations, or the termination of your account. We will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access the Platform, the loss of data, or any other issue related to service disruption.

Furthermore, all fees paid to AboveLinks are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, suspensions, terminations, or disruptions of service for any reason whatsoever. Whether you are unable to access the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or account termination, AboveLinks will not issue refunds, credits, or any other form of compensation. Any prepaid fees are forfeited in the event of cancellation or termination.

If your account is terminated for any reason, we will not be responsible for providing access to your data or content. You are encouraged to regularly back up any important data and be mindful that the use of third-party services or integration with AboveLinks is done at your own discretion and risk.

Your use of AboveLinks is subject to the understanding that no service can be guaranteed to function without fault, and AboveLinks disclaims any warranties—whether express or implied—related to the Platform's performance, availability, and reliability.
